Exchange Policy – Mebasa by The Mb Store
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us immediately at team@mebasa.in.
Some items are Made to Order and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is clearly mentioned on the product page. International orders can avail size exchange with an additional courier charge as per actual. If a product is a special order (e.g., custom size, length alteration, or other modifications), it is not eligible for size exchange. For further details, please get in touch with us.
Cancellations and Exchanges
What is the Exchange Policy on Mebasa?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold. Once a Mebasa piece is sold, it can be exchanged for a different size (provided the below terms and conditions are met).
We do not offer a pickup service. Customers will need to ship the product back to our address for an exchange.
If the desired size is not in stock, we issue a store credit for the customer, which can be used for future purchases.
If the product is eligible for a size exchange, customers must email us at team@mebasa.in within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Please ensure you obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier service when dispatching the package. Mebasa will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
We allow only one size exchange per order. Items once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any item not received by Mebasa will be treated as not returned.

Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Have all labels and tags intact
- Returned in its original packaging
Please mention your name, address, email, order ID, and required size on the return parcel.
Size Exchange Availability:
If the required size is available, we will exchange the product. If the size is not available, a store credit will be issued, excluding shipping charges. Store credits will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
The cost of shipping (both return and re-shipping) is to be borne by the customer.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at team@mebasa.in. Orders cannot be canceled directly on the website.
For prepaid orders, a store credit will be provided in case of cancellation.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the order, you will need to follow the exchange policy.
Mebasa reserves the right to accept or deny order cancellations at its discretion.
How Will I Receive My Store Credit If the Desired Size Is Not Available?
If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the required size, a store credit will be issued via email. The credit must be used in one go on the Mebasa website.
Can I Exchange a Part of My Order?
Yes, you can exchange individual products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. However, some items may be marked non-exchangeable on the product page.
My Garment Does Not Fit. What Can I Do?
If the product does not fit, you can request a size exchange within 48 hours of delivery by emailing our customer service team.
If the requested size is unavailable, you will receive a store credit that can be used for another purchase.
Why Was My Exchange Request Denied?
We strive to ensure every transaction on Mebasa.in is smooth and hassle-free. However, an exchange may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The material or color is not as expected – We encourage customers to read product descriptions and view all images before purchasing.
- Color differences due to screen resolution or lighting – A 10-12% color variation may occur; exchanges will not be accepted for this reason.
- The product has been worn, washed, or used.
- The product was purchased on sale or with a discount coupon – These are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
